Production time:

• For Versatile, Sandstone, Fine Detail & MGFPH12\GM Plastic sculptures:

         7-14 business days 

• For Steel, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Brass, Bronze sculptures:

         7-16  business days 

• For brass & bronze sculptures:

         There is an extra time of 2-3 days (Total of 7-19 business days)

         Because of an additional hand made process of production.  

• For all the prints (Graffiti & Posters):  

         5-10 business days

*Each item is custom made, and in seasons the production time might be a little longer, and can take between 7-21 days.

Shipping time:

• For sculptures:

        USA: 1-7 business days

        Canada 3-10 business days

        Europe, UK: 2-7 business days

        Australia: 5-12 business days

        To the rest of the world: 3-12  business days

• For all the prints (Graffiti & Posters):  

          3-12 business days

Tracking:

TRACKING THE ORDER:

We ship all orders with a tracking number.

Once we finish production and ship it, you will get a confirmation Email with your tracking ID.

TRACKING UPDATE:

It can take a few days to a week for a tracking to update,

It depends on the load of the carrier at that time.

Customs Charges:

The price includes everything from our part, and there are no additional fees from us.

However, in some countries, they might charge additional custom fee.

Any customs charges that will be charged, will be the responsibility of the customer only.
